New Student Application Process

INTEREST FORM IS AVAILABLE FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

INTEREST - Completing the online Interest Form above

                                Nursery-5th Grade: Select 2024-2025 Armenian Mesrobian School (Elementary) 

                                6th-12th Grade: Select 2024-2025 Armenian Mesrobian School (Middle and High School)

APPLY - A link will be emailed to you within 72 hours with a link to complete all Registration Forms with all required documentation.

Please complete the Application/Registration Forms. Please DO NOT pay the registration fee (if it shows in the system) at this point. The Registration fees will be required once student interviews are complete and you are instructed to do so.

 

INTERVIEW - Interview - Conducted in person or via Zoom

 

ADMISSIONS TEAM REVIEW - Recommendation of Admissions Committee - Admissions Team takes many aspects into consideration taking into account which students best match the profile sought by Mesrobian School for that particular class.

 

DECISION - Upon a full and complete review, the potential responses are: Acceptance, Denial, Request for additional information or interview, Wait-listed.

 

CONFIRMATION - Once Registration Forms are signed and fees are paid, a confirmation email will be sent confirming registration and welcoming the newest additions to the Mesrobian School Family.

Returning Student Registration Process

To register existing students, please:

  • Log into JupiterEd (to register a sibling, sign in for each child separately through JupiterEd)

  • Make sure the year says 2024-2025

  • Click on “Register.” You will be redirected to complete the registration process through JupiterEd.

  • Complete ALL FORMS ONLINE and submit all required information.

  • Payment of Registration fees is required. Please see the instructions below on how to pay.

  • In order to register, there must be no outstanding balance owed the school.

  • Completing the forms and making a payment does not guarantee that you are registered. You will receive an email from the school when your registration for the 2024-2025 academic year is confirmed.
