Registration Requirements
- Registration Application
- Emergency/Medical Data Sheet
- Financial Responsibility Agreement
- California School Immunization Record. According to California State Law, Section 49086 of the Education Code
- Proof of age, proof of immunization against polio, diphtheria, hepatitis B, pertussis, tetanus, measles, mumps and a tuberculosis assessment
- Students entering first grade must have physical examination by a physician
- Registration fee of $400.00. (Non-refundable)
Upon acceptance, new students are automatically placed on probation. Throughout the first semester, they must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and display satisfactory citizenship. Failure to do so could result in their continuing on probation for an additional semester or their being asked to continue their education at another institution.
Registration for Continuing Students
Registration of returning students is contingent upon the following:
- Student records do not reflect serious behavioral problems.
- Parents do not have overdue tuition or other delinquent accounts. Balance owing from previous year must be paid in full.
- Registration process must be complete by mid-May. Registration after this date will incur a late fee.
During registration, parents of students who require medication during the course of the school day should notify the office, and provide the medication and the method of administration to the office.
